How to get the most out of your appointment.

New Directions!

To find the office at the Belfast Center: from car to office is about 5 minutes (slow elevator). Please figure out the stairs after your appointment, as they are not straight forward and you could get turned around.

Drive around to the back of the building (Rt 1 side) until you see Door #1 (the double doors just beyond the big ramp and tucked in the corner). Park your car and enter the lobby through the double doors (Door #1).

Once inside TURN RIGHT for the elevator and 
choose 3rd Floor
. From the elevator
 TURN LEFT and walk all the way to the end of the hall. 
And you made it!


Enter, as usual take off coat and shoes and enter treatment room that is open! Remember to remove any items from your pockets, and belt if needed.

There is a restroom just to the left of Grace Chiropractic suite.

If you need supplements: please send a text to Dr. Grace, 207-322-6933, a day before your appointment with a complete list of supplements needed. These will be gathered and ready for your appointment ahead of time.

If you are paying by check, please fill it out prior to your appointment. Make checks payable to Grace Chiropractic.

Arrive a few minutes early. A bit of extra time gives you the opportunity to use the bathroom, remove your shoes, and be ready for our appointment.
